First Ever Buttons Known - Fashion Facts

Yes! The first buttons human ever used were discovered in Indus Valley. These buttons were made of shells. Some buttons found in Indus Valley are even shaped and some are with holes. They were used as ornaments or seals though not as fasteners.

The shells featured above are from my seashells collection.
